Celebrate Recovery
Celebrate Recovery is a ministry operated under the oversight of Mission Lawrence. It’s here to serve Jesus Christ and our community.
Celebrate Recovery is a Christ Centered program for anyone who wishes to find the power of Jesus Christ to escape the power that our “hurts, hangups, and habits” have over us.
Our local “Big Night” are prayerfully scheduled to begin March 25th 2010. They’ll start out with a time of fellowship at 6:30 PM, a time for praise and worship at 7:00 PM followed by either a Biblically based lesson or a testimony of the power of Jesus Christ to set people free from their past. At 8:00 PM, open sharing groups (one for men, one for women) will allow people to freely discuss the recovery topic(s) emerging from the teaching or testimony. “Cross Talk Cafe” ends the evening as people can go deeper in conversation or just relax before finishing the evening.

If you’re interested in seeing Jesus Christ heal, transform, and save people from lives of bondage to the power of sin in it’s manifestation called “addiction” , please pray for us. We are in a 90 day “countdown” phase and we seek the Lord’s help to:
1. Prepare us to be able to serve the people God sends
2. Prepare the hearts of the people who can benefit from this ministry
3. Prepare volunteers to assist
4. Raise up future leaders to serve in Celebrate Recovery
5. Provide the resources necessary to move ahead through this “open door” for ministry
